FAQ
Questions and answers.
Will Vault ask for my card number?+
Never. The template is PCI-DSS hard-blocked from requesting CVV, PIN, OTP, or full PAN. Vault references only the last 4 of the card and the merchant name. Any attempt to elicit full card data is rejected by the prompt guardrails.
How fast does Vault dial after a fraud flag?+
Under 60 seconds. Your fraud-detection webhook fires the moment a suspicious transaction is flagged; Vault is in the customer's ear by the time they'd check the SMS.
Can Finn handle KYC re-engagement?+
Yes — when an applicant uploads 2 of 3 docs, Finn calls within 24h with a personalized SMS upload link for the missing one. Recovers 15–30% of stuck onboardings.
Is Reg E / Reg Z dispute handling supported?+
Yes. The dispute-intake template routes Reg E / Reg Z eligible disputes to the right team with all required fields pre-populated.
Which fraud-detection systems does Finn integrate with?+
Stripe Radar, Sift, Riskified, Forter, Plaid, Alloy. Custom rules engines via webhook. Integration time is typically under a day.
