A note from us

Why we built Finn.

The phone still runs the world's businesses, and most are quietly losing on it. Calls slip to voicemail. Leads go cold. Customers wait on hold. People burn out repeating the same conversation for the thousandth time. We started Finn because that doesn't have to be the cost of doing business anymore.

We're building the voice layer for every business: an agent that picks up on the first ring, listens like a person, and actually finishes the job. It books the appointment, qualifies the lead, and takes the payment. Not a deflection. A teammate that never sleeps, never rushes, and never drops a call.

Big ideas are easy. Earning trust on a hundred thousand live calls a day is the hard part. So a few things we hold to, without exception:

  • If a caller asks, Finn says it's AI. Always.
  • Operators stay in control. No-code management of everything, fine-grained control over every deployment, and full audit transparency.
  • When sentiment turns or a call goes sideways, Finn hands off to a human, fast.
  • We measure outcomes, not minutes.
  • We'd rather be boring and reliable than clever and broken.

Today, Finn runs more than 100,000 calls a day at a 99.99% uptime. The ambition is enormous. The bar is boring and reliable, and we clear it every single day.

This is just the start. If the phone is a bottleneck for your business, we'd like to help you turn it into your fastest channel.
