Telephony Engineer

You'll own Finn's telephony backbone: SIP signaling, RTP media, session border controllers, carrier integrations, and number provisioning across regions — the layer that makes every call connect cleanly, reliably, and in compliance.
What you'll do
- Own SIP signaling, RTP/SRTP media, and SBC configuration.
- Integrate and manage carriers, SIP trunks, and number pools.
- Tune codecs, jitter buffers, and routing for call quality at scale.
- Debug live call issues across the full media path.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years telephony / VoIP engineering.
- Deep hands-on SIP, RTP/SRTP, and SBCs (FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or Asterisk).
- Carrier integration, DID provisioning, and call-routing experience.
- Bonus: WebRTC, STIR/SHAKEN, or real-time media at scale.
