What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs.
- Design integrations (CRM, telephony, webhooks).
- Unblock customers from first call to go-live.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years SE / forward-deployed / technical role.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Bonus: voice, telephony, or contact-center experience.
