Senior Voice Infrastructure Engineer
Remote (US / India)Full-time
Finn runs the voice layer for thousands of businesses. You'll own the real-time media path — STT, LLM, TTS, and telephony — and push it to handle 10x the volume as we expand across the US.
What you'll do
- Own and scale the real-time voice pipeline end-to-end.
- Drive latency down and concurrency up across regions.
- Build observability into every leg of the call path.
- Partner with carriers and infra vendors on reliability.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years backend / systems engineering at scale.
- Experience with real-time audio, WebRTC, SIP, or media servers.
- Comfort owning latency- and reliability-critical services.
