What you'll do
- Ship product end-to-end: design, build, deploy, iterate.
- Work across Next.js, TypeScript, and our voice/telephony backend.
- Turn customer pain into shipped features.
- Hold the line on reliability — boring and reliable is the bar.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production web apps (React/Next.js, TypeScript).
- Comfortable owning ambiguity and moving fast without breaking trust.
- Bonus: real-time audio, telephony, or LLM/agent experience.
